To start a return, please email us at team@exsim.co.uk with your order details and reason for return. Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information or photos to assist with the assessment. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us.

Please note that items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to investigate the issue promptly and arrange a suitable solution.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome of our investigation.
If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund transaction.
