Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Parts Orders: Orders for parts (e.g., small accessories, peripherals) are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

Simulator Orders: Due to their custom-built nature and the complexity of preparing them for pallet shipping, simulator orders may take up to 5 business days to process before they are shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We use different shipping methods depending on the size and weight of your order.

For EU customers, shipping costs vary by location. Please contact us before checkout for an exact delivery quote

For Parts: We use trusted courier services such as Royal Mail, Evri, FedEx, and UPS.

For Simulators: These are shipped via a dedicated pallet shipping service.

Delivery times are estimates and will vary significantly based on your specific location and the shipping method. You will receive a tracking number to check the live status of your delivery once your order has been dispatched.

Please Note: In-store pickup is not available for simulator orders.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to most European countries. Shipping charges and delivery times will vary depending on the destination.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Exsim is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
