The Breif
Coventry Arena Retail Limited wanted to create a dedicated simulator experience inside Cov Store, alongside the venue's bar and social space.
The system needed to cater for both adults and younger drivers while giving the venue the software, leaderboard functionality and staff capability required for day-to-day operation.
What We Delivered
Exsim installed 12 simulators: ten Fanatec ClubSport Formula systems and two KRT Junior Racing Sims.
The installation was connected through Exsim Race Control System and leaderboard functionality, giving the venue tools to manage racing sessions and competition. Exsim also trained the on-site team to operate the system and support customers.
The Outcome
The venue received strong booking interest before launch, and the simulator experience opened with the system operational and the on-site team trained to manage customer sessions.
