Motorsport UK–Approved Sim Venues
Additional simulators supported in 2026
Ongoing relationship
Goodwood Motor Circuit is one of the UK’s most recognised motorsport venues, with a simulator environment used to support its wider driving and motorsport experience.
Exsim first worked with Goodwood in 2023, delivering a four-simulator installation for the venue. The project formed part of Goodwood’s simulator offering, giving drivers and visitors access to a dedicated racing simulator experience within a motorsport-led setting.
The relationship continued in 2026, when Goodwood returned to Exsim for further technical support on two additional simulators. This later work focused on the build, PC configuration and software setup needed to bring the new systems into use.
The original 2023 project saw Exsim install four racing simulators at Goodwood Motor Circuit, creating a simulator environment that could sit naturally within the venue’s motorsport setting.
The installation was designed to support a high-quality simulator experience for Goodwood visitors and drivers, with the simulators forming part of the venue’s wider customer and motorsport activity.
In 2026, Exsim supported Goodwood again with two additional simulators. For this later update, the simulator hardware was provided by Fanatec, while Exsim handled the build support, PC configuration and software setup.
This included preparing the systems so they could be used within Goodwood’s existing simulator environment, with the technical setup configured to support practical day-to-day operation on site.
The Goodwood project shows how a simulator installation can continue to develop beyond the original delivery.
After the initial four-simulator installation in 2023, Goodwood continued to invest in its simulator environment, returning to Exsim in 2026 for further build, PC and software support.
The result is an ongoing simulator setup within a recognised motorsport venue, supported not only by physical simulator installation, but also by the technical configuration and software work required to keep the experience operational and ready for use.
