Exsim partnered with Mercedes-Benz World to create a permanent simulator zone for visitors at its UK attraction.

The aim was to offer different ways to experience racing in one dedicated space, with simulators for both adults and younger drivers. The zone also needed to work as a long-term attraction for everyday visitors, while supporting corporate groups and events.

The installation brings together a mix of racing simulators for different ages and driving experiences, including GT-style simulators, junior racing simulators and F1-style setups.

Exsim delivered the simulator installation as a permanent experience within Mercedes-Benz World. The simulators are managed through Exsim’s Race Control System (RCS), giving the team a central way to manage sessions across the venue.

This combination of simulator hardware and software helps the zone work as one connected experience rather than a collection of individual simulators

Since opening in 2018, the simulator zone has remained part of the Mercedes-Benz World visitor experience and has also been used for corporate groups and events.

The mix of simulator formats gives visitors of different ages a way to take part, while the central RCS setup supports the day-to-day running of multiple simulators from one system.

Years after the original installation, the simulator zone continues to operate as a permanent racing experience at Mercedes-Benz World.
