Salesforce London wanted to create a special in-office activation that brought something different into the workplace.

For this project, Exsim helped transform a room inside the Salesforce London office into a racing simulator experience. The setup gave colleagues a chance to step away from their usual working environment and take part in a high-performance racing activity built around competition, reaction and shared participation.

Exsim installed two professional-grade racing simulators for the activation, completing the setup within one day.

The simulators were positioned inside the Salesforce London office space, creating a temporary racing environment where colleagues could race laps around Silverstone. The setup brought the atmosphere of motorsport into a corporate setting, giving staff an interactive experience that felt very different from a typical office activity.

The activation added a focused racing experience to the Salesforce London workplace, giving colleagues a chance to take part, compete and compare lap times in a shared setting.

With two simulators installed and set up in one day, the project shows how a corporate space can be quickly adapted into an engaging simulator experience for internal events and staff activations.
